off, there is so much light and noise coming from the street anyway, its nice to turn them off and feel like ur alone for a bit.

Both. If I fall asleep when I'm not supposed to, the lights are usually turned on. If not, then I regularly sleep with the lights off.

I always sleep with a big light on hehehehe I am a big baby even if I got married and had a family the lights would be on all night and if I had a house i would get a big doggie for protection hehehe maybe two of them hehehe
