Do you think they will fire him? The kid is not in his class.He lives down the street, I don't know why this kid is saying my man was ahving sex with him, my life has become a night mare. I am afraid he will go to jail and i will lose my home too. Why would a little boy make up something like this. My husband says he is jsut trying to get attention.

Little kids do not just pull those ideas out of thin air. Chance are good, he was not making it up, especially if the boy can tell things about your husband, only you would know. Also, if the boy mentions times these things allegidly happened, and you can not verify your husbands whereabouts. If this is true, he derserve jail time and mental help. Start preparing for the worse, because it won't get better. This happened with a friend of mine's daughter at a daycare home up the road from him. The guy ended up killing himself because of the problems.

Sorry to hear that happen to you. Well they will do an investigation and then what ever develops from that. So your husband is denying this? Usually a child does not speak out unless it was really true. Think about it....this is a child, a male child that has openly come out and said that your husband has had sex with him. It could get ugly for you and your husband and children if you have any. If he is guilty he wont go to jail he will go to the penitantary. God Bless

without knowing all the details of this I would imagine the best thing you could do for yourself and your family is to get some help.
I found it disturbing and interesting to note that no where in your question do you say you know your husband is innocent of this?
In fact the first line you basically say he has been caught?????
Maybe you have just worded it wrong???
I think if I were you I would get lots of support from those who you know are going to stand by you no matter what.
You will have to let the legal system take its course Im afraid and it will no doubt involve long and strenuous days ahead for you and your family.Even if your husband is found to be totally innocent of all charges accusations like this one are not easy to wipe away even if found not guilty of the offence.
It is also unusual for a very young child to make up such a story (Im not saying it doesnt happen) but it is rare.It is going to be a difficult process whatever the end result and you need all the help you can get .Speak to someone at your local community health centre or your Pastor/Priest for some guidance in this.Whatever the end result I hope it all works out for you

If its found to be true, I hope he does go to jail. Little children rarely lie about such things. He could well be a pedophile. And I'm sorry if you lose your home, but if true, he deserves to be punished. And unfortunately those people rarely consider the consequences to the others in their lives. Some simply don't believe that what they are doing is wrong, and some believe that they will never be caught.
Do you have children? Then its up to you to protect them too. How would you feel if it was them that were sexually abused? And it is abuse to have sex with "a little boy".

Just stand by him until the investigation is over, but if it's true. RUN like hell, and hide the kids. you hear about this all the time on the news, and it's getting worse. someone needs to be made an example of. I have 4 kids and just the thought of it scares the hell out me. but on the other hand, kids will say things to get the attention. How many times does Michael Jackson get off.

Why would the kid make something like this up? And how well do you really know your husband? I'm not saying he's guilty, just don't jump to conclusions, until you know all the facts. Then you can worry about all the other stuff.

I am not one to want to judge and in this country people are still innocent until proven guilty. You know your husband I don't....... I really don't know what to say on this one but if it is proved that he is guilty then yes he will go to prison and rightly so! Some kids can be cruel and can lie very well but I am sure that who ever investigates this will look at all the evidence and facts.

My heart goes out to you. This happens all the time here in FL. They will probably put him on unpaid leave, pending the investigation. The courts are pretty good at getting to the bottom of these things. I'm not saying he is guilty, but if I were in your shoes I would investigate, myself. Again, my prayers are with you and your family.
