we have 4 children together but he dont ask for them...he just leaves nasty messages about me that are not true. i dont answer his calls or even pick up when he calls

If the only contact he has with you is abusive, then go to the police and get a restraining order on his sorry a*s. Take the tapes of the messages he leaves with you. Tell him that you intend to do so, and that if he is in violation he could go to jail. That should help stop him and give you some peace. Be strong for you, and your children.

hi sweetheart read this really well ......this is harrassment ,start logging all these calls and keep note of times and what he is saying and once you have say 10 which by the sound of things wouldnt take long go to the police and take the slimball to court look i had to do this last year to my husband,and he pled guilty as i had so much evidence on him ,and with the court action i now get peace he is doing this to get a response so as you say youdont return his calls very wise in deed get him the other way ,through the courts and this will stop ,it certainly put my x back in his place ,nowi just get filthy looks which i fine by me as he knows if he starts im going to take him right back to court and i have the law on my sidejust as you have .......good luck and take care xx

Get used to it or get a non-published phone number! whatever the case may be! and depending if you are just separated, divorced, etc., act accordingly and if need be get a restraining order; whatever it takes... this is what you'll do... Why! it could be a marriage counselor? I don't know! He sounds pretty nasty!

Well he is being immature for a adult! Why is he calling you ..maybe just to piss you off !! I don't know maybe he does want to see his children! If not just like i said either to piss you off or he wants to get back with you! Just answer the phone and ask him "what do you want from me" and wait to see what he says! And if he is being a asshole again just tell him you are going to call the cops if he keeps it up. Do what you feel is right! Hope I helped out!
