I remember when I went to the University of Texas at Austin, there were several companies that paid people to go to class, take notes, type them up and then the company would sell the notes to students. You could buy the notes by the day or by the semester. I think selling your own notes would be okay, it's your own work product. Why not just give them to your friends? Also, some professors frown on students doing this, obviously they would never know in classes of 100+ students.

I would say no, as long as you acknowledge where you got your info from. It is all in your own words, and it could probably be considered a commentary or criticism. But I am cot an expert. Call your local legal aide just to be sure. I have called them about certain questions I have, and they usually give me good answers free of charge.

Your study notes are your own creation ,made out by your efforts and labor . You have certainly applied your mind in preparing them. You can mention the references too. There should not be any legal hitch in selling or donating them.
