One of the founder's of Rome was supposed to have been the son of a Trojian prince (the one killed by Achilles) who fled the destruction of Troy and arrived in Italy, married a Etrusian princess, and founded Rome. (There are lots of legends)
Roman law, education, government were all influenced in part by Greece.
But by far, I would say Rome had a much greater effect on everyone else than a single country influencing Rome.

The ancient Greek civilization.
There is a saying that goes like this -
"Captive Greece took Rome Captive"
It means that when Rome conquered Greece they were so impressed by everything Greek that it had a huge influence on them.

In my opinion, Greeks and Etruscans; at least if you are speaking of a positive, development kind of influence.
Negative impact would be the ones who conquered them; the Visigoths and Huns, etc.
