Yes you squeeze them like a bunch of grapes as hard as you can and don't let go for anything. You can actually lead him anywhere you want him to go this way.

I have a special rubber ball I squeeze to strengthen my grip for just this occasion. I almost hope for the chance.

If you can kick the front of his knee hard that is good too.
If you can jam your fingers up far into his nostels that is good too.
If you can punch the front of his adams apple hard that is good but it helps to practice punching a punching bag and learning how to do a mean karate punch for this.
Also if you have hard shoes on you can stomp hard on the top arch of his foot.
But the balls are a special tool God gave us to disable the brutes.

The best defense is to disable him, not hurt him. If you hurt him it doesn't mean he will stop. Chances are you would never get a chance to hurt him in the balls if he is serious about rape, a rapsist expects that. You have to stop it before it gets that far. After the eye poke forget about a knee lift, he can get up after that. Kick him in the side of the knee as hard as possible. Hurting him is one thing, taking out a knee is disabling.

It should hurt and work, i wouldnt want to touch an attacker there but if you have to...go for it just be careful.

I would do anything if someone was trying to rape me, I would say a ball grab& squeeze would be effective

Genrally if you just knock a guys balls he nearly cries so a good hard squeeze should definately work to cripple them for a minute

To add to your list - get yourself a kubaton (it's a weapon you can use, also filled with pepper spray). Learn how to use it and tell all your gf's about it. It's a stick-like thing that you can put on your key chain.

Also, if you don't have one of those, be sure to hold your keys to where one of them is sticking outward and the rest of your keys are in your fist.

I think what someone else said is true - grabbing them in the balls might anger them even more and if they're on drugs it might not even affect them.

I actually tried this once and it doesn't work against a person who is in a fit of rage. It actually had no affect at all, and I am not a weak person. I am actually pretty strong for a girl. I wouldn't use this as my primary defense.

squeeze or try and rip them completely from his body - yea either one would work. Also kicking in the knee - this will stop anyone in their tracks.
