if we use avaya ip phone, how to send a fax over our computer?

What voicemail do you have? Intuity Audix LX comes with Message Manager which allows you to send and recieve faxes from you computer. This is a GUI tool that allows you to see/print/ save the fax. It also comes with a print driver allowing you to print/ fax from your PC.

I believe Modular Messaging can do this as well.

Is it an IP Office? If so we have had the best luck with a fax server from MultiTech. They are cost effective and work very well.
