Speak my mind and sometimes regret it, but never for a long time - I never regret anything I have said in the past as long as I am honest about it...

I speak my mind when I have the energy and I know about the topic under discussion. Otherwise I'll just let others prattle on while I just zone out or listen. I haven't regretted it so far. Its all about exchanging ideas, isn't it?

it depends on who i'm talking to and the subject. sometimes i do regret it because i have a tendency to let people walk over me. other times it's for the better. i don't want to cause waves for no reason. i'm not one that likes to fight. so, i try to avoid these type of situations. i don't regret this.

If asked, I speak plainly. If not asked, I keep my thoughts to myself. No regrets so far.

I usually express what's on my mind, though also recognize that there is a time and place for everything one says.
No, I don't usually regret it.

Only when something needs to be said...definitely, but most of the time I steer clear of arguments or conflict, I don't like it when I get angry.

Depends on the circumstances. I really don't say a whole lot but when I do...I mean it.
