Yes. But get checked/consult at a genetic counselling center for any abnormalities.

Legally your marriage is o.k because Hindu marriage law recognizes custom or usage as a source of law. If there is a practise in your community of marrying mothers brother then this marriage is legal because the Hindu Marriage Act does not over ride custom or usage and in fact this practise is common in south india and there are no problems with children born from such marriages.

Had u both gone mad before taking this invalid step?

I think u should not reproduce any child before having a test and consultation with doctors still
you both made the following mistakes :- 1) Legal mistake: You both being within the prohibited relationship married, such marriage is void & illegal in the eye of law.
Your name suggests you are Hindu & hence you must have married according to the Hindu form of marriage under the Hindu Marriage Act, 1955. According to section 5 the condition for valid Hindu Marriage (iv) the parties are not within the degrees of prohibited relationship unless the custom or usage governing each of them permits of a marriage between the two; in your case you are within this relationship & unless the custom or usage governing each of you permits such a marriage then only it will be not be considered as void marriage under section 11 of the Act, otherwise it will be considered void marriage And either of you can apply & get such marriage annulled by a decree of nullity. Although children born out of such marriage will be legitimate as provided under section 16 Notwithstanding that a marriage is null and void under Section 11, any child of such marriage who would have been legitimate if the marriage had been valid, shall be legitimate, whether such a child is born before or after the commencement of the Marriage Laws (Amendment) Act, 1976, and whether or not a decree of nullity is granted in respect of the marriage under this Act and whether or not the marriage is held to be void otherwise than on a petition under this Act.
2) Medical Mistake: Since both of you are blood relatives to each other, the genetical material in both of you is similar & this can cause genetical deformities in the children born out of this wedlock.
These genetical deformities can be both or any in physical or mental form in the child born by you. The similarity of blood group is nothing to do with this genetical problem as its not the blood that decide the genetical formation of the child but the Genes/DNA present in the Sperm & the Ovum that unite at the time of fertilization & the mutation that takes place that may bring about the genetical deformity in the child.
Such genetical deformity cannot be removed medically as the mutation of genes that took place cannot be reversed & the genetical science till date has not been able to reverse or remove any genetical deformities in the child if it takes place. Such child has to live with such deformities through out his/her life.
It is not necessary such deformities will be physically exposed in the child when born, but these he or she can carry in his or her body through out his or her life that can bring other medical complications in future.
Let me inform that Cancer a dreadful disease is one of such medical problem which children born out of marriage between close or prohibited relatives.
This is a medical truth which can be confirmed with any Medical expert.

Are you saying, you married your uncle ???? My God, what country are you from ?? That is incest and illegal, who knows if your baby will be normal. Kind of late to worry about that now. Hope you don`t plan on having more.

the blood type has nothing to do with it...if the baby has defects it will have to do something about you two being closely related...i think you should consult a doctor before deciding to have children...
