That is a really great question.
And I follow where you're going on this one. Because, for one,
you're way too hyper to sleep anyhow. And secondly, you realize that once you do finally fall asleep your good mood would have disappeared by the time you awaken in the morning.
So, you just want to stay awake
and enjoy that good mood for as long as you possibly can.

I'm always in a good mood when I go to sleep, because I LOVE going to sleep. It's a perfect ending to a whatever-kind-of-day.
Plus, I used to have trouble falling asleep, but I don't anymore. So it's fun.

I am usually in the same mood when I go to sleep, bored. Otherwise I just stay awake.

yes! its like you dont want the happiness of being in a good mood to go away. but then you go to sleep and wake up grumpy because you went to bed late and didnt get enough hours. haha.

it depend:when im just like happy and full of energie i hate to go to sleep but when it get to be in good mood because of love so yeah i run to bed :-))))
