I like them both VERY much. Don't listen to anybodies negativity. They are your children and you should name them what you want. You obviously like these names or you wouldn't have put them up here, so I say - Use 'em! God bless :o)

Madison Nicole is very pretty; Travis Ryan sounds pretty nice; you could also use Travis William or Travis Liam.
To be perfectly honest with you I had a rethink; the more I think about it the more I like Travis Ryan. It has a certain punch to it, Yeah, it does.

Madison Nicole - trendy, overused masculine name that doesn't work at all with the filler middle name Nicole. It's hard to follow up a first name ending in N with a middle name beginning with one. Perhaps a similar, but classic, option like Madeline or Madeleine (mad-e-LEN) would appeal instead? I'd pair them with a less-expected middle name.
Travis Ryan - sounds like he was named in 1977. Very dated, overall, though Ryan alone is still a classic choice. Travis just doesn't do a thing for me, however. Just sounds like the stereotypical uptight jock name a little girl might have used for her CPK back in the 80s. ;)

I like both of them. Madison is a little common but still a pretty name. Don't hear many Travis's and I love the name Ryan so that is a great combination.
Well done on picking some 'normal' names!
(no offence to people who like 'unique' names!)
best of luck

I like Madison Nicole. But for the boy name I think you should switch the names around Ryan Travis.

pleeaaaseeee dont name your child madison... i cant even begin to think of how many people in the past 3 years ahve named their daughter that. You would be better off jsut naming her 1,2,3 etc becuase by the time she is in school or daycare thats what she will be known as since there are sooooooo many little girls with that name now. It is like a good song... you like it until they play it 50 times a day and it just turns it bad.. same thing with the name madison.
i like nicole for a middle name and it goes with many names
travis ryan is nice.. kind of common but not to common and cute
maybe madeline, mikayla, makenzie? instead of madison??

I guess I'm just different-I hate the trend of giving girls these assexual names that could be a boy or a girl or a street or a town. What's wrong with Nicole as a first name?
But Travis is one of my favorite boy's names.
