by talking about it a lot... by knowing that they exist everywhere... and finding the necessary action to level the inequality both as an individual and as part of a society.

focus on the needs of each group, and challenge yourself to assist and enable them to personally overcome inequality. See the potential in people, not their race, sex etc. Educate and motivate people to challenge preconceived ideas, and step outside societies values regarding them. Strive for equality and purpose in all you do, not dominence. Say i can, not its too hard so I won't even try. Challenge, motivate and train enough people in your ideas for overcoming equality, as the more people helping the greater the chance of success. But first be willing to do it yourself, don't rely on others to lead the way (because then nothing will ever get done). Finally take inspiration from people who have aided your beliefs, and realise it can be done.

Recognize that we are all unavoidable interconnected.
Understand that cooperation is more profitable than conflict.
Understand that the more prosperous everyone is, the more there is to go around.
