No...unless it's one gay talking to another.
The word "attractive" means "desirable" or "alluring"...
so, you are in effect saying "I find you desirable"....
that's soooo gay.
A straight man could get away with telling another straight man, say his friend, "you know, girls find you attractive"....
or even, "I would say that you are handsome"...
but, no, I would never say to another guy, "You're attractive".

If I was talking to a friend that was having relationship issues, I might say "your a good looking guy, you'll be ok" but I wouldn't just walk up to a guy and say, "wow dude your hot"
