Yeah. But I think it's all about getting the rights to certain shows. It's one of the reasons I like cable. If I miss a show at 7 or 8, I know it'll air again 3 hours later. I can never have that kind of luxury with network shows. If I miss an episode of the Simpsons, I'm completely SOL. I'd have to wait for the episode to rerun during the season(and it's a miracle if it does) or wait until the summer which by then I might have already forgotten about it.

You're not gonna believe this, Amanda, but I remember when the new TV season began in early August! There were seldom reruns in the summertime and if they did, they only showed the best shows. There's hardly anything to watch on TV anymore, which sucks chunks. I like Howie Mandel on DOND, My Name Is Earl is pure genius and then wait for American Idol. Still, I miss the good old days when everything was good on all channels. TV is horrible anymore. One thing that might help ya is AMC or Turner Classic Movies. God, I could look at a young Paul Newman or James Dean all day long, even if they just stood there staring back.

i don't agree, Lifetime really doesn't replay much, but
I don't know what your deal is with Nick-At Nite, that's what they do. I do agree that the TV shows they replay is too recent. They used to replay the good stuff from 20 yrs back. I miss the "Bewitched" and "I dream of Jeannie" repeats. Nothing against the "newer" shows like "The Fresh Prince of Bel Air" or anything in the '90s, I'm just saying they are too new (yes i watch them anyway.

i dont watch Lifetime nor Nick at Nite.
i use to watch both when i was a kid...because Nick use to play good shows like Lucy, Bewitched, and Genie...but, now...it's just like the same shows over and over and over again.
I've also started getting mad with the Sci Fi channel after cancelling Mystery Science Theater 3000, yet they place wrestling shows on there. [& dont get me wrong, i use to be crazy about wrestling but...wrestling = sci fi? i dont know about that.]
but yeah...TV has gone down the tube.

It is annoying when these networks constantly rerun some shows but totally igore others. There are lots of TV shows out there that I have not seen since their original runs ended. Examples include "Room 222", "Peyton Place", "Daktari". "Julia", "Maude", and "Lou Grant".

I don't watch enough TV these days to bother with
anything on a regular basis. So, I guess I'll have to
say, "No." (Besides, "hate" is an awfully strong word.)
