I think it's 24 because 3 and 6 are both factors of 24. I need to know so I can send my boy to bed. It's been way too long for me. Does anyone know FOR SURE?

I think its 25... because 21 + 4 is 30 and 30 +5 is 35. the 4 & 5. get it?

You have a legitimate complaint that the teacher did not state the question clearly. If these answerers cannot agree on the interpretation, I'd bet a bunch that the teacher is remiss.
