O.k. so I moved from Boston,mass to florida,my husband is still back home. I'm alone with two little kids.I don't know my way around,don't know of any playgroups. My 3year old is bored out of her mind.I try to intertain her by going for walks and playing with her different things. The thing is I don't even know of a playground anywhere! I ask people in the neighborhood but.. know one knows. Is this place that much in the boonies! I live in palm coast. if anyone knows anything please let me know.

I've met all my friends through school. We moved from Chicago to Rhode Island and by enrolling my kids in preschool, we've made some really great friends. You just have to say, "Hey, I noticed Suzy and Bobby like to play together, want to meet up for a picnic at the park after school?"

is there a chamber of commerce you could call? they would be happy to guide you towards parks and other activities in the area that would be fun for you and your kids.

go to the gym or church...meet lots of people there!!!
