Fell of my motor bike, and hurt
my ring-finger, on my left hand
When will it heal, and look good?
should I use nail polish?

peace be upon you
it is not serious
just go to the hosepital and it will not take time there.
the doctor will see it and will help you to make heal faster , may cut part of your nail , it will be nice again .

The picture isn't helpful at all and since you didn't go into detail about what the specific injuries were, there's no way to guess how long it will take to heal. If you just bruised it and tore the skin, the skin should heal within a week and the bruising might take a little longer to go away. You might continue to have pain for a few weeks off and on, but nothing you can't deal with. If you jammed the joint, that would take longer and depend on the severity. If you broke it, probably at least 6 weeks.

About 20 weeks for all of the blood to be gone from under the nail bed. It falls out as the nail grows. If it is damaged too much, the nail might fall off and regrow. Don't let it get infected.
***NO NAIL POLISH****
