why do we allow it? is it apathy or are we just lazy?

so,is it really that serious a problem?? or do they need us to beg and pay for water ? so they can allocate quotas and manipulate us???

Modern Carwashed recycle their water and actually use less than many other businesses, such as restaurants, which must wash many dishes, etc...

A car wash reuse the same water. The water is reclaimed and filtered to be used over and over.

Have you heard of rain? It happens. The amount of water hasn't changed much. It does shift around. It's not about the amont of water. it's about where the water is located.
