The Snorks, Jem, you can't do that on television, sqaure one, degrassi (not the new generation, there used to be a show in the late eighties early 90's), punky brewster and zoobably zoo.

Arthur on pbs kids is pretty good show for kids 6+ it aired in 1996 and its still on today with new episodes for more info on it you can go to this website http://www.tv.com/arthur/show/2804/summary.html?q=&tag=search_results;title;1 or go here http://pbskids.org/arthur/index.html I hope this helps you can also go to tv.com and look for shows that where made back in the 90's
