Judging by the name, you order stuff, they send you an invoice to pay afterwards, ONCE they have cleared you as an approved, confirmed person.

Bill me later is a credit based payment plan that lets u buy what ever it is you need to buy on either a plan or one large lump sum at the end of a certain amount of time.
