Since the process is closed to additional or less gas, you can write
PV/T |1st condition = PV/T |2d condition
Remember to add 273.2 to each temperature.
Eyeballing the info, I'd choose 1.27 atm (760 torr=1 atm.)

(Your question states that the Temp. and Pressure are changed...They all change.

710torr x 200mL x 313K (40°C) = P2 x 150ml x 308K (35°C).
= 1.27atm (965.2 torr)
