with 10 being "I totally understand it all and can explain it"

of course u dont have to agree with anything...just wondering if ppl are educated and making their informed, independent decisions.....

1. Many more individuals are born than can possibly survive, thus there is competition for limited resources

2. Within this vast number there is variation, and because of this variation some of these individuals will have an advantage--however slight--over others

3. The ones who have the advantages are more competitive and thus they are more likely to obtain the limited resources

4. The ones who are succeeding in securing the limited resources are more likely to reproduce and thus pass onto their offspring the more competitive traits

For the theory of evolution I would probably say a 7. I have an overall understanding of the mechanism of natural selection and how favorable mutations would help a species flourish, but I am by no means an expert.
As far as my understanding of the Bible, I guess I am not sure what you mean.

I'd say about 7 to 9 on the Bible, but getting rusty and no desire to review it.

Evolution is harder as it emcopasses several different branches and has many specialties so I'd say about a 6 or 7.

9.1/2 for both. Only God is perfect,and knows all. To be wise above what is written is foolish. Just the way our minds control our physical body,so does God control the universe in that aspect.
