50 million is average. It can be lower or higher. (side note my husband's is 160 million). Men can also have up to 200 million depending on the time since the last emission. They can live inside of the woman for 3-5 days. Our eggs only last about 24 hours.

however variation is duye to man yfacts , like in consecutive two ejacultation in a row second wil lhave less, some persons have less some more
