how can someone stop accusing his/her partner for not being faithfull, if there was cheating in the begining of their relationship?

Sometimes, truthfully, there is no way. Trust is one of those things that once broken, can never be repaired. There are some people who seem to get over something like that, but in reality it doesn't happen very often.

If there was cheating, and he/she decided to stay then he/she should not talk about it ever. Yes you can forgive though you never forget. But if this is brought up all the time then this relationship is doomed, it is no way to live

You can't "stop" it. It takes time, patience and a whole lot of hard work on both parts.
