Mistico would be the first I'd make a serious run at, most defintely.
If I could woo Liger across the pond again for a year or two, I'd try that.
I'd try to make a serious run at Samoa Joe too.

Sign Jericho
While they are both great wrestlers.
Mistico or Danielson wouldn't have 1/25th the impact on ticket sale, merchandising or PPV buy rates that Jericho would for the WWE.
Allow me to borrow (and totally mangle) a line from a famous film.
Speaking as to the average WWE fan....
You yell Mistico people say "what" "huh"
You yell Jericho you got a riot on your hands.

Tiger Mask, he has a great following in Japan and could have a lot of great matches with the cruiserweights, especially Rey Mysterio. I would also sign Scott Hall, Kevin Nash, and Psycho Sid, they all seem to be getting in great shape and are all legendary. Oh, and as far as Chris Jericho goes, it seems has already been signed, check the cryptic matrix style promo that aired on RAW, play it slo-mo and you can see a bunch of messages related to Jericho, and if you play the audio backwards, you can hear the beginning of his theme song, you can faintly hear the drums, they are mostly covered up by the other sounds and twice you can hear him say "Come On" from his theme song, and just before he says Break the Walls Down, the music slows down and the video ends.

The problem with WWE's talent department they look for size over Talent. WWE are always hiring duds instead of Raiding ROH'S roster where the wrestlers are passionate about wrestling and put the best matches on anywhere in the world they go to bodybuilding competitions and try to sign guys to development deals. That's is what is wrong with WWE when will they realise people stop watching WWE because theres hardly any wrestling and when there is they give us Kahli.Now to answer your question If i was WWE i would sign Dragon Kid from Dragon Gate because the kid is the most incredible cruiserwieght in the world and puts Rey to shame. I would also raid TNA's and ROH roster.

choosing one out of so many talented guys would be hard
but i would say
i'll pick some one straight out of college could be a college linebacker or a wrestling star
who is big huge strong someone on the lines of Lesnar
i would try to offer him a deal and sign him to a contract
so basically i would do the same thing what JR did when he signed Lesnar
some one fresh and new, exceptional wrestler, strong like a hercules

Bob Sapp, matches with Lashley would be pretty cool, two trains going at it.
Sting would be good if only so that he and Ric Flair could have one final run towards next years Wrestlemania to decide the ultimate WCW champion.
Sid Vicious just for one more run and to show the Monster Wannabes how to be a genuine bad guy.

I'd go after Danielson.
I'd say Jericho, but I'm convinced they've got him.
It would be great to see Jushin Liger or AJ Styles in WWE too.

If I were WWE there is one wrestler I would be fighting tooth and nail to sign. That man is Samoa Joe. His in ring ability is amazing as is his presence. He has a healthy following and that could turn into big money for WWE if they use him right.

well they have already signed jericho so besides him i would go with aj styles cause he has a lot of charisma and gives the wwe someone who is really athletic and is also a main eventer.
