Leah. Lia looks like it is short for something. If that's not the case, Leah seems like the more complete, polished name.

Leah is prettier plus,
Lia might mistakenly be pronounced "lie-uh" which can sound like someone with a new york/ jersey accent is trying to say liar

I don't think one spelIing is prettier than the rest. I think it depends on your personality. I don't like having to always spell my name, so I would go with the more traditional spelling-Leah. If you like to be different from the rest go with Lia.
