I need to write an essay on my fave childhood cartoon, I am 24 so I need some quick refreshers of good cartoons in the late 80's early 90's. Right now all I can think of is inspector gadget, lol. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Look up 80's cartoons in a search engine, there's a bunch of sites out there with things.

I think it's retrojunk.com has a bunch of videos and information on things from back in the day.

Everyone has different tastes. Here's a bunch of shows that I can remember off of the top of my head that wasn't already mentioned(I was born in 1983, so hopefully you'll remember some of these shows). Some I liked, some I hated, some I watched when nothing else was on, but you'll want to do your report on something you liked.

Tale Spin, Gummi Bears, My Little Pony, Jem, Bump in the Night(claymation), Care Bears, Lil' Bits, David the Gnome, Duck Tales, Bobby's World, Bonkers, Tiny Toons, Animaniacs, Rainbow Bright

That's all I can think of right now. Hope this helps.

X-Men
I don't recall if it had anything before or after the title, but it ran in the Eighties.

There is one I can envision in my mind, but I've forgotten the title. It was about a group of knights; each had a different symbol on his shield that could become a fighting form. The toys had holographic shields. It didn't matter that I was too old to love all of these shows, but I wanted those figures soooo much! For some reason, my mind has blanked out the name~Knights of (something). I might have some episodes on tape somewhere. I would add them to this list~if I could remember the title! I think the youngest knight's name was Feryl. Perhaps I should make this a question and solve the mystery.

My favorite cartoon was Voltron. It was about these five lions that were piloted by the main characters that formed together to make a robot named Voltron. They fought evil and always won in the end. It was a good cartoon. :-)

Toss up between Bugs Bunny.. any of them... and Coyote/Roadrunner.

But my ABSOLUTE fav was entitled, "Operation: Rabbit" Where Wyle E. Coyote (SUPER-Genius) was after Bugs Bunny... it was one, if no the only ... speaking role for Wyle. If you ever get a chance to see it, do so. It is on VCR in the "Golden" series of Warner Bros cartoons. I don't know if its been issued on DVD.

Dat's ALL folks!

I had several. I used to watch He-Man and Sheerah, Thunder Cats, Smurfs on a regular basis. I'm not really sure why I liked them. I think He-Man and Sheerah and Thunder Cats because they were super heros and smurfs probably because they were small and blue.
