I've never heard the name Ceren before. It isn't without appeal, but it strikes me that I could pronounce it at least three different ways. That's problematic, so I'd have to say no to Ceren.
Aleyna is okay, but I dislike the kreaatif spelling. Spelled Elena, it is far, far more sophisticated.
Elena Ceren would be nice.

I prefer Serene to Ceren if that is the way you are trying to pronounce it. Or Karen if you are going for that way of sounding out the name Ceren.

Not sure on how u want to pronounce it but I am reading Ceren as Sehr ehn. I quite like it. Don't worry too much about your kid having to explain it like someone else said. My parents gave me a different spelling name that kind of rhymes with this one and I can't actually remember receiving a bad comment. And yes... I do have to continually spell it but I figured there are worse things in life than that. Now I have a weird surname to match.

I think that if you choose either one, your kid is going to spend the rest of her life spelling/pronouncing either to everyone she meets. Resist the temptation to use designer names.
