You can find them in your yellow pages under "talent agent".

Meanwhile, plese tell your parents that you offered to mail pictures of yourself to strangers on the internet. This will be an important clue if you suddenly disappear.

No, you have to get your own agent, but your parents will need to help you with the business end of things. If they are supportive, they can help you do some research on agencies, classes and headshots. It will be vital to get some training if you don't have any credits. Pictures will be a necessity if you are seriously pursuing professional work. Otherwise, you can do odd jobs and save up for some pictures. Try to participate in community theatre to build a network of contacts.

Hon, you cannot get an Agent. You are 13 years old and cannot legally sign a contract. Your parents must sign a contract for you, if you want to attempt to pursue acting.

Before you try to get an agent, ask your parents to enroll you in acting classes, so you can audition.

NO. You will have to do that your self by getting lots of experience, training, and also help from your parents-- or didn't you know you cannot act professionally without their consent until you are 18?
