I'm not getting a working link, so I don't see your photo.

Does your female have a well developed ovipositor before you release her? If not, she may not be ready to spawn. Females also get vertical stripe, but you won't see this on a white female. See this link ofr a photo of the ovipositor (you have to go part way down the page): http://www.flippersandfins.net/faq.htm#malefemale

Since I can't see the tank, do you have a bare bottom (no gravel), a few plants - either fake or real - in the back or along the sides so she has a place to hide? Is the water level in your tank low (only about 3 inches deep)? As long as you've had them apart for a few weeks, conditioned them, and introduced the female slowly as it sounds like you've done, making sure she's ready to spawn by having the developed ovipositor is about all you can do. Some pairs just aren't compatible, so all you can do in that case is to switch one of the fish. You might also try putting he back in the hurricane lantern for a day or so, then releasing her again. Also, be sure you've got a good temperature for spawning (80+) although I've had them spawn below 80.

As long as you have properly conditioned your bettas on high protein live foods and introduced them properly (which it sounds like you did) they will usually spawn. Check that the water temperature in the tank is above 80 and that there are a few fake plants for the female to hide in if she needs to. How long the process takes all depends on your pair though, and some may take a while. I once had a virgin pair together for 5 days before they finally got down to business. As long as neither of them are showing overt signs of aggression just leave them together and be patient. As well bettas are more likely to spawn when the barometric pressure is lower, so intruding them just before a rain or thunder storm will sometimes help. Good luck.

This is going to sound like hocus pocus voodoo, but wait until there are thunderstorms or at least rain predicted - and then reintroduce the pair to your spawn tank.
Is your Female showing the vertical stripes and swimming with her head down? These are other things to look for....good luck!
