i am a racer and u can sign up at a any track and in the mail u will get ur ama card and then u show that to the people at the next race and u get a discount

go to a local dealer and ask where th closest track is and when the next race is and got there that day and sign up when you get there

The best place to start is the American Motorcyclist Association, they will help you get started with the rules and regulations that you need to go by in order to compete in any motocross event.
