If it has 2 people for the tickets it is per ticket. Hope this helps!!!
And so one. 4 tickets it is per ticket.....

If you are listing on stubhub, you give your requested per ticket price, which is the opposite of eBay, where you give the price for all of the tickets you are listing for the event.
