Go to any store that sells jewelry and they will give you a bunch of little circles and you go and try one on that fits you best. Takes 2min.

Go to any jewelry store, that isn't really busy [ suggest the mall, where you have a choice of several ], and ask if they will check your ring size, please.
Usually they are happy to do it, because you will remember who is nice when you want to spend some money!

Umm...at like, the jewelry department at a store they'll probably have a ring sizer thingy, you might have to ask for it though or something.
