but no longer do, what changed? It's sad but from the people I know, they've stopped cheating because they've been married over 10years and too 'old' and let go anyway to even think of cheating? It's not happening to me now, but will I have to wait til he's 55 or over to believe that he stop thinking about it? The reason why I ask is I've cheated (not when married) and been cheated on, so I know it hurts. I know most of the tricks and possible things people do to temp others to fall for them (especially the LONELY ones that tend to go for the married ones). What is your take?

No, I'm not saying people cheating until 10 years of marriage, it's just an example of being with someone for so long that when you start to let go of your looks/body that you don't care...from the people I know, that's when THEY seemed to stop 'playing the field' or trying to...know what I mean?

From what I have seen, I would say most guys have, do or would cheat if the opportunity presented itself. I only have a few friends that are married and two that I know have atleast attempted to cheat on their wives. My one friend cleaned up his act for quite a while after marriage, but once the novelty wore off, he went back to his old ways. When I heard about it I told him he must have married the wrong woman, he didn't like that much hahaha.

If a person moves from a life of selfishness to a life of selflessness, then anything is possible.

There isn't a predictor of who will and who will not cheat. It's an individual thing.
