I assume you are asking for real stories.
My brother's first words were "Damn Birds" because that's what my Mom would say every time the birds woke him up in the morning!
My nephew's first word was "Mercy" because that's what my sister would say when she changed his dirty diapers.

My youngest son was rather late talking so imagine my surprise when his first full sentence was:
"That bloody, f@#$@$g, black cat scratched me!"
I didn't get mad or anything, I just said so happily, "Oh, sweetheart, you can talk!"
