The only part I find annoying bout itunes is when something happens to your computer and you have to reinstall windows. After that, all the music is deleted and when you try to purchase more songs for your ipod, all the songs you had stored on it get6s deleted so you have to spend more time and money to rebuild your playlist.
When you want to use itunes, connect your ipod to your computer and if you have CD's you can transfer them to your itunes. To get it on your ipod, click on file, new playlist, and then click the CD icon. Drag all the songs you want from your CD into the new playlist folder. After that, drag the songs in that folder to the music library folder which is on the top left corner with all the folders. When you purchase something, do the same thing except go into the purchased folder. You must either have a credit card or an itunes gift card to buy songs. With the gift card, click on itunes store and look on the right corner and click on redeem.
I would recommend buying a CD-RW blank CD so you can drag the folder "music library" in it so you don't have to spend time and money like I had to for the original copy you already had. You have to pay attention to what kind you get because I think the most comes in 80 minutes and you'd need ore than 1 if you have many itunes. DO NOT get the CD-R blank CD because you can only use it one time so you can't add or delete songs like you can with the CD-RW.

iTunes is a great program, it gives you many option and the fact that it is compatible with the iPod obviously makes it the program of choice. Dont listen to AfterFlakes, shes definitely a disgruntled iPod user, who probably didn't even know how to use the thing, most Mp3 players are horrible compared to the iPod. You can't record the iTunes preview because its meant to be just that, a Preview. If you want to download music, then download any of the numerous PC applications which allow you to get music for free. Then you won't have to record streaming audio, you'll just downloading. It'll save you half the time! DC

no its not hard to use at all it has some better features than windows medial player but windows media player sounds a heck of a lot better so i use that 100%.. my itunes sounds really thin and the highs are not as crisp and clear and the guitar sound is a lot more harsh.... i have my computer hooked up thru a 4000 dollor sterio.. but i imagine a border line stereo or computer speakers you could tell the same difference.. i dont like i tunes sound format at all...

Itunes is a very easy program. One thing that is annoying is all the updates it does. I like the playlists and also it offers something called a party shuffle which is nice.

No...it's really easy. All you have to do with play lists is name them, and then just click and drag the songs into them. You can arrange the songs in any order that you want too.
