Blood is O positive (the commonest type)
Hemoglobin (oxygen-carrying protein in red blood cells)
Hematocrit (percent of whole blood that is red cells by volume)
Erythrocytes (count of red cells)
MCV (mean corpuscular volume, average size of individual red cells)
MCH (mean corpuscular hemoglobin, average amount of hemoglobin in red cells)
MCHC (mean corpuscular hemoglobin concentration, average concentration of hemoglobin in red cells)
Leukocytes (count of all white cells)
Neutrophils (percentage of white cells that are bacterial fighters)
Lymphocytes (percentage of white cells that are general disease fighters)
Monocytes (percentage of white cells that are virus and disease fighters)
Eosinophils (percentage of white cells that are anti-allergens)
Basophils (percentage of white cells that are helper cells)
Prothrombin time (clotting measurement)
INR (related to prothrombin time)

All basically normal. Each has a measurement number followed by the normal range for this lab.

I have simplified the explanations a bit, not knowing your level of education.

everything is in the normal range, except erythrocytes are just a bit low, but the hemoglobin is normal, so the person' isn't anemic.
