ONLY the Irish because the suck, and in a close second, the Michigan Wolverines who have won 2 of their last 7, and are currently 0-5, though in the 70's under Shembechler, they lost 7 in a row.

The Ducks haven't won a bowlgame in a while either. Last win was when Jeff Tedford was there. Hmmmm could you say that Tedford was the reason they won! Of course! When Cal leaves another beat down on the Ducks that'll shut them up again! They come up short in every big game they play!
