I think that we are so worried about political correctness that we forgo the bigger picture, I think our ideals overextend us financially and we don't appreciate what we have, however I don't believe we are heading the wrong way.

I think that America is a great country and I am so proud to be born and raised here, I thank God for our opportunity to express our Ideals and our freedom and I wouldn't want to be or live anywhere else...I am not Jane Fonda or Barbra Striesand. I am optimistic for our future and look forward to bringing our boys and girls home from Iraq, and hopefully starting a new chapter in our history book.

It is definitely heading the wrong way educationally and if that is wrong the economy will follow. Morally it is still on very shakey or even barbaric grounds as what sort of morality would impose itself on others.
