Okay, so this girl purchased a book on September 1st & I shipped it to her the 4th. I purchased delivery confirmation and it says she recieved the book on September 11th. I live in New York and she lives in Massachusetts so that is an appropriate timing. Now, She sent me an email today and said that she didn't recieve the book? What do I do? I have a delivery confirmation number saying she did. She didn't even write a like an e-mail of concern.. it just says "Comment/ Question: I have not received my book yet." I really think she is lying, what can I do/do you think i should do in a situation like this??

Give her the tracking number and suggest she ask the postman what he did with it.

As long as the tracking number says it's been delivered, you've done what you're supposed to do.

It's very possible that the postman delivered it and someone in the house (or even a neighbor) never bothered to tell her it came.
