I passed notes a LOT. And quite a few times the notes got picked up by the teachers...
I wish we would have had cell phones with texting back then... that would have been a lot easier and more fun!

Oh my goodness yes...and did I ever get the whoopin' of my life when I got caught (by the craziest teacher I ever had) and got detention...I lived with my grandparents and this was over a decade ago so I lived in a much stricter home than my friends...I still have some of the old letters in a memory box...remember the silly fold with the corner tucked in? Ahhh the memories!

Passing notes is over rated an gets you in too much trouble. Texting is the way to go

It is fun. I remember passing notes all the time. It started in grade school and continued all through my high school years....

Yeah I did the note thing until a teacher intercepted one and read it out loud in class. That was embarrassing.

I never passed notes in class that were from me or too me... I was the middle person, people asked me to hand it to someone else.

Of course, never was caught though. I think a few others did and I think the teacher read the note out loud

All the time. Even once, I wrote a little love letter to my high school sweat heart on a paper airplane and tossed it at her. Perfect aim on my part and it landed right on her desk as she was working on some stupid math equation.
