Which latin american countries aren´t considered third world?

The only third world county in the Western hemisphere is Haiti. Honduras and Guyana are the next poorest but have many times the per capita income of the poverty stricken countries of the world. However most countries in Latin American suffer fro extrema income inequality which not only leaves many of their citizens living in poverty but promotes economic inefficiency because the governments distort the economy for the powerful rich peoples benefit.

The ones I know of that aren't considered 3rd World are Chile, Belize, Costa Rica, Argentina, Paraguay, & Uruguay.
