I have a lot of friends but one that really stands out for me is Rosalie *winks*. She and I talk every day and confide in each other constantly. She's a wonderful mother, a marvelous daughter and a treasured friend. She has a few minor problems and to her they seem insurrmountable but, maybe with MY help she can figure out a way around them. I sure hope that she and I can find a way to visit each other as we are very far apart (about 1,500 miles between us, right now). Perhaps at some point we WILL get to spend some time together and get to enjoy each other's company and just talk and talk for hours on end. (((((((Rae)))))))

My bestfriend is named Jamie we are in our late 20's, she has been my friend since we were 12. we can not talk for months because of our busy lives and then speak and just pick up where we left off. She is not someone I will ever be jelouse of, I won't judge her and she is always there for me when I need her the most (even at 2am). My true best friend is my boyfriend Mark. I can't use words to describe it, but when you feel that kind of deep compainionship, you know you have dont somehting good in your life to deserve it. He is my absolute life and he is ALWAYS there for me on a completly different level than anyone else could ever be. hope I didn't put anyone to sleep!

My best friend's name is Lynne. She lives about 1000 miles away from me, in Florida, and I am going to get to see her for the first time in over a decade on October 4th!!! She is married to an officer in the U.S. Army, who is now serving in Kuwait (may he never have to go to Iraq!!!). She has a ton of pets, including 11 cats/kittens (and plenty of litter boxes to go along with them), 5 golden retrievers (some are mixed -- she does rescue and ends up keeping them all), 2 cows (strictly pets) and 2 sheep (pets again). She is funny, kind, loyal, honest and absolutely the only person I can truly call FRIEND -- a friend who has stood the test of someone losing everything and fading away into the darkness, but being there for them when they come back into the light -- that kind of friend.

I cannot WAIT to see her!

Sue. She's been through a lot of the same things that I have and we even have daughters that were born a month apart! We each know that we can count on the other one in times of need, whether it's financial, emotional, physical, whatever. She even rented a truck to help me move!

I have had friends, then other friends and after a divorce I was surprised how few I had.
One thing I taught myself is to be your own best friend, and the world seems right.
I have made some friends here that email me, some weekly, one daily so that makes me happy.

I would have to say my daughter......we are more like sisters or best friends than mom and daughter, unless i HAVE to lay a foot down. We're always upholding each other in one way or another, watching movies together, talking, or something. Then, I have two unrelated friends whom are similiar, they may as well be my sisters.

My soul mate is my best friend.
I also have two gals that were my friends in High School 30 some years ago. While we are all living in different places we keep in touch as much as we can.
