yea, the season finale of house for season 3 was that forman left because it was his last day after the 2 weeks notice (so he quit) and chase was fired because house said something about "change" and cameron quit because she didnt want to work for house anymore

On the last show of the season, House fired Chase, Foreman transferred away from him, and Cameron resigned.

See, I think they try so hard that they become OVERLY creative, and that's why you get the names you get. Normally you would think to just name your band after an item, person, animal, etc., maybe modify it slightly, but it starts getting stupid and pointless when you get names that are more like random sentences (i.e. Panic! At the Disco, I Set My Friends on Fire, and as you mentioned, The Number Twelve Looks Like You). It's just too much. They should pour that focus and "creativity" of naming their band into making some flipping decent music, but clearly the former is the far more important commodity to most of them..."who needs good music when we have such an awesome name??"

Last seson Chase was let go, Foreman quit and Cmeron resigned on the last episode.

yeah, they all left in the season finale, it was a great show though, you really should try to see it. I'm sure you can find it online or something.
