Recently there's been a surge in the age old knowledge used by men to attract & keep women, however only 90-95% of men know of and use this. I wonder, do women use or know of similar techniques and or strategies to meet & keep men?

If a woman has to use techniques and strategies to keep men, there is something wrong with the relationship. When I read your question, the first thing that came to mind was money - what would a woman do to keep a man who was a millionare? Many examples came to mind:
- Anna Nicole Smith used sex and her body
- Wendy Deng used her intelligence and knowledge of China, which obviously benefited Rupert Murdoch very much.
So it does occur - women do use techniques to keep certain men who they see a benefit in.
However, as a I mentioned before, there would have to be a serious flaw in the relationship for this to occur and usually the flaw is lack of love and genuine feelings for the other party. Now I look at relationships where again the man is powerful or rich but their wives based everything on love alone. One example is Nancy Reagan: she stood by her husband right up till his death and her grief was only too obvious.
I find it quite sad actually that some women have to resort to almost cunning means. What's the use of a relationship when you have to work hard - in a bad way - to keep it?

I have used strategy to meet one particular man hehe good natured though to keep him that is something that has to be mutual between us both he might not want to be kept hehe and neither would I :)))) I need not have strategy to meet men I meet them all the time but to keep them I look for the quality it means more to me then the quantity even if they were a super star hehe loved by millions of women around the world who the hell cares not I hehehe

I'm sure there are strategies because that's all some girls talk about, and there are many books out there about that. But i'm not interested in relationship now and don't care for that.

oh, honey... yes, unfortunately we do!! We strategize because we want to find and keep that special one!! We so long to find that one. Some of us play games simply because we have been played. Rather be a player than the one being played. It's a defense mechanism. When you find the right girl, don't play her, be honest and she might not play you. We do have an evil streak, but our initial intentions are always to find the right one and live happily ever after.

I never used a strategy. I was never aware there was one, although I have heard of the books about "Getting the Ring" and such. I just was loyal and honest and thoughtful. Being old-fashioned helps too I think.

The only strategy I used on men was to be myself. They were free to take it or leave it.
