Just look at the front page of the newspaper. There are enough villainous weird people on it to meet your needs. Just chose the easiest one to dress up as.

You could be the snake that enticed Eve. Dress up like the secretary of my company..She's a witch when she makes out my paycheck...Elvira always looked scary..Carry a fake Axe and act like Lizzie Borden. That's scary. Wear white and black stripes like a prisoner and wear fake handcuffs. Smear fake blood all over your your face and have a bowl of Fava beans like Hannibal Lechter. There's always the old standbys...be a vampire or a witch with a broom...boring..."Bat Girl" or "Cat Girl" always works.....If you look like Halle Barry.Otherwise..you're own your own.
