I recently got a sheet from my doctor with a list of acceptable meds and benadryl is on the list, however it can cross the placenta, so the antihistamine of choice is chlorpheniramine (Chlor-Trimeton).

NO! don't take anything before asking your doctor. The only thing I KNOW that you can safely take is tylenol.

a few weeks ago i was realli really sick with allergies so i called my doctor, and they said i could take it, i am sooooo much better now

it is okay to take Benedryl when you are pregnant. the added benefit is it'll help you get some sleep.

i'm pretty sure that's one thing you can take but check with your doc first. it's been a while since i was pregnant
