Well, order of operations is BEDMAS...so, you need to do what's in the brackets first. In your innermost bracket we have

9+3*6

BEDMAS says we multiply first, then add so we can break this down to

9+(3*6) which becomes 9+18 which is 27

so now your equation reads [4*(27)]-3

We still have stuff inside brackets, and all it is is multiplication.
4*27 = 108

now you're left with 108-3 which becomes 105

In case you didn't know, BEDMAS is:
Brackets
Exponents
Division
Multiplication
Addition
Subtraction

[4*(9+3*6)]-3
First do the multiplying inside the inner brackets
3 x 6 = 18
Now add within the inner brackets 9 + 18 = 27
Now multiply within the outer brackets 4 x 27 = 108
Now subtract the 3 108-3 =105

order is like this
first bracket
followed by multilication
division
adition
subtraction

in bracket
first is()
next{}
[]

in case these are not sufficient we use a bar above if this is present it is to be considered before ()

now try this [4*(9+18)]-3
=[4*27]-3
=108-3
=105
