Passion of the Christ is about as holiday as you can get.
Groundhog Day comes to mind, a nice chuckler. Also National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation, Home for the Holidays (Holly Hunter which is about Thanksgiving if I'm not mistaken), and Nightmare before Christmas. OOOOH another one I loved was Bed of Roses (Mary Stuart Masterson and Christian Slater), where the relationship starts out as a secret admirer watching a workaholic from a distance, but then she finds out about him, and the relationship blooms and her first big freakout about how much her life is lacking is when he takes her home for Christmas.
Narnia, being a retelling of the principles of Christianity, sort of covers Easter (Aslan and the stone table is a direct reference to Jesus and the cross, and each was resurrected) as well as Christmas (always winter and never Christmas).
