Stop believing things about physics on intuitive grounds. It doesn't work. The Planck length is thought to be the bottom. Wiki that.

Possible, but unlikely.
Ever heard of reducto ad absurdum? Whilst I realise that differentiating between the idea of infinity as not absurd and yours as absurd is on logically dangerous ground, it seems to me you've taken an unecessary step. One which I would rule out through Occams Razor (a useful theory that roughly implies the most obvious answer is usually correct).

The main thing that suggests to me that you aren't right however is the fact that each level of detail we explore has different properties and feel. If it went on for ever I would expect it to be fractal like in it's behaviour. i.e. no matter how much you zoom in or out it looks the same. Whilst galaxies do seem to approximate to atoms, there are many major differences.
I'm not suggeting that's a watertight proof, but you've got to heed the hints when dealing with hypotheticals!

It's an interesting idea.

Some people believe that our universe is actually just an atom of something larger, and that there are whole universes inside every atom of our bodies and our world. When you think about it, an atom's structure is very similar to a solar system.

You could be destroying whole worlds every time you have a scratch and brush off dead skin cells! Just the thought of it makes my brain go funny!
